Data AI Solution Architect Leader

Lead Data & AI solutions at Beyond Data Group while expanding Flanders relationships and guiding practical architectures from strategy through delivery.

As a Data & AI Solution Leader, you connect business, technology, and people across customer engagements. You shape opportunities, lead executive discussions, support pre-sales, and guide projects toward adoption. Your work combines technical leadership, customer development, and coaching.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expand Beyond Data Group’s presence across Flanders
• Build trusted customer and prospect relationships
• Design pragmatic Data & AI solutions
• Own architecture, delivery, and adoption
• Coach consultants through delegation and trust

Requirements:

• At least five years designing modern data platforms
• Experience delivering analytics solutions
• Consulting, architecture, pre-sales, or advisory experience
• Comfort engaging C-level and technical stakeholders
• Fluent English, plus Dutch and/or French proficiency
