Qualifications

  • Education
    • Degree required in a quantitative field, Business Analytics, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills
    • Fluency in SQL for data querying, transformation, and manipulation.
    • Expertise in Python data stack (e.g., Pandas/Polars, NumPy, Matplotlib).
    • Advanced proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
    • Extensive, hands‑on experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, QuickSight, or similar dashboarding platforms.
    • Familiarity with the Atlassian suite (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and Git.
  • Soft Skills
    • Strong collaborative skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to multitask, and manage competing priorities effectively. Critical eye for data quality and data integrity.
  • Work Authorization
    • Must be eligible to work in Canada.
  • Language Requirements
    • Proficiency in English (spoken and written) is required, as English is the primary working language across teams in Ontario and Quebec. French is considered an asset.
