Overview

In this Data Analyst role, you will deliver timely, accurate reports and actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients. You will transform data from multiple sources to support strategic decision-making for the Sipcom business. You’ll design dashboards and automate reporting to improve efficiency and clarity. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and present findings that drive operational improvements. This is a hybrid role at a Microsoft-partnered tech company focused on data-driven impact.

Responsibilities
  • Design and maintain user-friendly Power BI reports and dashboards to support decision-making
  • Analyse data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable insights
  • Validate reporting data and investigate discrepancies for reliability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and develop practical dashboards and outputs
  • Automate reporting processes using Power BI, Excel, and Power Automate to improve efficiency
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders to support operational performance
  • Deliver at least 5 key Power BI reports within timelines and develop a comprehensive customer satisfaction report
Key requirements
  • Proven experience in a Reporting Analyst, Data Analyst, Data Scientist, or similar analytical role
  • Strong practical knowledge of Power BI, Azure Synapse Analytics, SQL Server Reporting
  • Experience extracting, cleansing, transforming, and analysing data from multiple sources
  • Understanding of data quality, governance, and reporting controls
  • Ability to translate stakeholder requirements into practical dashboards and outputs
  • Experience automating reporting processes with Power Automate
