Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Write SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions and actionable recommendations.
• Perform data quality checks and investigate data discrepancies.
• Automate recurring reports and analytical processes where possible.
• Collaborate with business, product, operations, finance, and technology teams.
• Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Track KPIs and provide regular reports to support business objectives.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL .
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools .
• Good understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization.
• Ability to work with large datasets and identify meaningful trends.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or Oracle.
• Understanding of ETL/data pipelines and data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with business domains such as finance, sales, marketing, operations, or product analytics.
