Overview
In this Data Analyst role at VOY, you translate data into actionable insights to guide operations, finance, clinical, and program decisions. You’ll design intuitive dashboards and reports that enable stakeholders to understand performance and outcomes at scale. You’ll work closely with data engineering to ensure data quality and governance, while driving data-driven decision making across a fast-growing healthtech platform.
Responsibilities- Translate data into insight for stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses across Operations, Finance, Clinical and Programme teams
- Identify trends and anomalies in operational and clinical data affecting service delivery and outcomes
- Present findings to drive decision-making
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker
- Develop automated reports to inform stakeholders without manual updates
- Ensure dashboards are accurate, performant, and user-friendly
- Collaborate on data modelling, dbt transformations and data governance
- Escalate data quality issues and promote data consistency
- Define and track meaningful metrics ensuring correct calculations
- Partner with Operations, Clinical, Finance and Programme Delivery to understand data needs
- Communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
- Promote adoption of data-driven thinking and self-serve analytics
- 2-4 years of analytics experience (data analyst, business analyst, or similar)
- Proficient in SQL for data exploration, filtering, joining, and aggregation
- Experience with at least one BI/visualisation tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)
- Familiarity with modern data stacks and tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, dbt)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
- Hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the office
- Experience in healthcare, public health or regulated industries (advantage)
- Exposure to Python or R for data analysis (advantage)
- Experience in fast-growing, high-impact environments (advantage)
