Overview
In this role you will partner with the Senior Data Analyst and Data Engineer to deliver reliable reporting and polished Power BI dashboards that drive strategic and operational decisions. You will transform complex datasets into actionable insights and communicate them to diverse audiences. You’ll train teams on BI usage, document processes, and maintain rigorous, reproducible workflows. This is a hands-on, collaborative role that helps scale the company’s data capability in the Green Tech space.
Responsibilities- Produce reliable, timely reporting aligned with strategic and operational goals
- Build Power BI dashboards with strong UX and clarity of stakeholder requirements
- Write clean, performant SQL to extract and prepare data
- Conduct deep-dive and ad hoc analyses for operations, commercial, and marketing teams
- Translate insights into clear narratives for varied audiences
- Deliver Power BI guidance and training to improve data self-sufficiency
- Document processes and project steps for transparency and reproducibility
- Collaborate through pair programming and structured testing to ensure accuracy
- 2+ years' experience as a Data Analyst
- Degree in a quantitative subject (STEM, Maths, Stats, Engineering, etc.)
- Strong SQL capability
- Experience building Power BI dashboards with good UX principles
- Methodical working style with solid organizational and documentation habits
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub or similar version control tools
- Comfort working with others on code reviews, data testing, or pair programming
- Strong attention to detail and a structured analytical mindset
- Confident communication and presentation abilities
