Overview

As a Data Analyst in the Data & Insights team, you design, build, and improve reporting and analytics solutions that enable data-driven decisions across Commercial units. You will shape the BI roadmap and surface actionable insights from commercial, operational, and business data. Your work spans data modelling, visualizations, and data governance to support scalable, secure data pipelines. This role offers impact through informing monetization and strategic decisions in a fast-paced sports tech environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design, create and implement the reporting layer and expand existing interfaces
  • Analyze stakeholder requirements to improve business decisions and operational efficiency
  • Deliver analytics and reporting solutions leveraging cross-unit data
  • Model data for reporting and analytics and develop data visualizations and reports
  • Present ideas clearly to business and technical stakeholders; document requirements and ensure data governance
  • Support scalable data warehousing architectures and data processing pipelines
  • Train business users to use BI tools for data-driven decisions
  • Propose innovative ways to use data to enhance monetization and commercial strategies
  • Co-create and deliver an ambitious BI roadmap with stakeholders
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for BI tools
Key requirements
  • 3+ years in data management or business intelligence projects
  • Proficiency with relational databases and SQL
  • Experience with BI tools (Qlik Sense/Qlik View, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Amazon Redshift, and/or Amazon Athena is a plus
  • Understanding of predictive analytics, statistical modelling or machine learning is a plus
  • Bachelor of Science in relevant field or equivalent experience
  • Fluent in English
