Position Type: Full-time / Permanent

The department are responsible for ensuring the firm's client relationship data is accurate, complete, secure, and fit for purpose. The team supports Business Development, Marketing, Partners, and operational teams by maintaining high-quality client and contact information within InterAction CRM and related business systems.

The team plays a key role in data governance, relationship intelligence, client mapping, reporting, and ensuring data quality standards are maintained across the firm.

JOB PURPOSE

To support the management, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the firm's InterAction CRM database by undertaking data stewardship activities, database housekeeping, client and contact mapping, and data quality analysis.

The role will ensure client, contact, company, and relationship information is accurate and up to date, supporting effective business development, compliance, marketing, and client relationship management activities across the firm.

This is an entry-level role suited to an individual with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and an interest in data management and business systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Data Management
  • Maintain accurate CRM data, including cleansing, de-duplication, corrections, and routine data quality checks
  • Create and maintain client, contact, company, referrer, hierarchy, ownership and relationship link within InterAction
Support, Reporting & Governance
  • Support day-to-day InterAction administration, including data changes, user updates, imports, exports, bulk updates, testing, and documentation
  • Produce reports and dashboards on CRM usage, data quality, KPIs, trends and improvement opportunities
  • Provide first-line CRM support, assist with guidance and training materials and promote good data management practice
  • Ensure data is managed in line with GDPR and firm policies, supporting retention, archiving, cleaning, audit, compliance and risk escalation
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Educated to Higher, A-Level, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification level
  • GCSE/National 5 (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • Degree or similar qualification in Business, IT, Data Analytics, Computer Science or related discipline
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across departments
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in legal services (e.g., GDPR)
  • Experience using SQL and or similar tools
KNOWLEDGE AND APPTITUDES
  • Experience working in a Professional Services environment
  • Good communication skills dealing with a variety of business levels both internally and externally
  • Awareness of CRM best practices within a legal, financial or professional service sector
  • Interest in data governance, business intelligence and data analytics
