Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights from business data.
• Write SQL queries to extract and transform data from databases.
• Work with business and technical teams to understand data requirements.
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders.
• Validate data accuracy and identify data quality issues.
• Track and analyze key business and operational metrics.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Automate repetitive reporting and data analysis tasks where possible.
• Maintain documentation for reports, dashboards, and data processes.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of SQL .
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel .
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker .
• Understanding of data cleaning and data transformation.
• Basic knowledge of statistics and data analysis techniques.
• Experience working with relational databases.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate data insights clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
• Knowledge of Power Query and DAX.
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS/Azure .
• Understanding of ETL/ELT processes.
• Knowledge of business intelligence and reporting tools.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
