Data Analyst

As a Data Analyst at VOY, you translate data into actionable insights that influence operations, finance, clinical care and programme delivery. You will build dashboards and reports to track key metrics, enabling smarter decisions at scale and directly supporting patient outcomes. You collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and communicate complex findings clearly. This role combines analytics, data quality, and governance to drive data-driven decision making in a fast-paced healthtech environment.

• Translate data into insight for stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Clinical and Programme teams
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker to track KPI and financial performance
• Perform ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and identify trends in operational and clinical data
• Collaborate with Data Engineering on data modelling, dbt transformations and data governance
• Ensure data quality and reliable SQL-based data queries
• Help define and track metrics and KPI calculations
• Partner with multiple teams to understand data needs and drive adoption of self-serve analytics
• Communicate findings to non-technical audiences and support data-driven decision making across the organization

• 2–4 years of experience as a data analyst or similar analytics role
• Proficiency in SQL (queries, filtering, joining, aggregating)
• Experience with at least one BI/visualisation tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with modern data stacks (BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, dbt)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for diverse audiences
• Hybrid role with 3 days per week in the office
