Data Analyst Co-op Tableau SQL

Analyze data with SQL and Tableau as a Data Analyst Co-op at Sun Life Private Wealth in Toronto, working in person twice weekly. Support dashboards and reporting for business partners.

This student role reports to the Manager, Data and Analytics, maintaining analytical solutions for Sun Life Private Wealth. You will maintain reports, dashboards, and documentation while supporting testing and validation. The program starts January 2027 and lasts four, eight, or twelve months, with twelve months preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain data assets and deliver them to business partners
• Support data visualizations, dashboards, and reports
• Maintain requirements, mappings, and analytics documentation
• Automate KPI and scorecard reporting using Tableau
• Support testing and validation of data assets

Requirements:

• Pursue a bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, or related field
• Write SQL queries to analyze data
• Use VBA and build Excel macros
• Analyze and visualize data using Microsoft Excel
• Demonstrate critical thinking, accuracy, independence, and deadline reliability
