Responsibilities
  • Build and refine Power BI dashboards that illuminate engineering performance, maintenance activity, compliance, and asset management
  • Create and support Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint sites, and Microsoft Lists to streamline processes
  • Assist with developing and optimizing engineering systems (FleetWave, Dynamics 365, telematics, maintenance databases)
  • Produce analyses on fleet utilisation, maintenance performance, fuel efficiency, asset reliability, operating costs, and lifecycle trends
  • Identify opportunities to automate, integrate data, and adopt digital technologies to improve business processes
  • Develop reporting/tools to support engineering projects, capital investments, and continuous improvement
  • Maintain data integrity across asset records, compliance docs, and financial information to governance standards
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver effective digital solutions
Key requirements
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform
  • Proven ability to develop Power BI reports and dashboards
  • Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Microsoft Lists
  • Experience analysing engineering, fleet, maintenance, or operational data
  • Strong analytical skills with reporting and process improvement experience
  • Experience working with multiple business systems and large datasets
