As a key member of the Customer Reporting team, you'll enhance customer satisfaction by crafting custom reports demonstrating Spring Health’s success. Your focus will be on analyzing diverse data sources, developing dashboards, and collaborating with customers and internal experts to refine our narrative-driven approach. This role is pivotal in driving data understanding and aiding in storytelling through reporting.
Key Responsibilities: • Deliver custom analyses and dashboards for clients and teams • Build deep expertise in various data sources • Collaborate with Product on evolving customer data storytelling • Automate and streamline data reporting processes • Master our data stack including Snowflake and Looker
Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization tools • Strong SQL skills for querying diverse data sources • Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities • Exceptional communication of technical concepts • Willingness to travel up to 25%
