Overview

As a Data Analyst, you will own the data flow between operational systems, the data warehouse, and the business to ensure clean, reliable data in BigQuery and accessible live data in Notion for client teams. You will build and maintain integrations, govern data quality, and enable cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisions. You will partner with Finance, Ops, and Client Leadership to translate technical decisions into actionable insights. This role offers impact through robust data lifecycles, scalable governance, and practical, business-facing data solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain integrations moving operating system data into the data warehouse.
  • Push data warehouse data back into operating systems to complete workflows and data lifecycles.
  • Debug data discrepancies across source systems and downstream tools, automating solutions to prevent issues.
  • Own HubSpot as system of record, including data quality, deduplication, governance at scale, and related automation.
  • Collaborate with finance, operations, and other business teams, translating technical decisions for non-technical stakeholders.
Key requirements
  • Deep experience managing data structures (objects, properties, associations, lifecycle stages, automation) with strong data quality and governance.
  • Ability to turn non-technical briefs into full plans and explain technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfort with fast-moving rollouts and balancing speed with long-term architecture.
  • Experience building sync logic (canonical IDs, upserts, change detection, idempotent reruns) and ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Experience integrating data into BigQuery, Snowflake or similar warehouses via API-based integrations, including reverse ETL.
  • Strong Python (or similar) and SQL for automation, data movement, transformation and validation.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and GCP tooling (Cloud Run, Cloud Scheduler, Secret Manager, BigQuery, GitHub Actions).
