Data Analyst Student Power BI

Build structured reporting data with strong Excel skills and Power BI preparation as an Operations & Data Analyst student. Support data quality across P&P.

This opportunity suits a third or fourth year undergraduate or equivalent co-op student. You will work with structured data, vendor information, invoices, and operational inputs. The role develops experience in data cataloging, reconciliation, reporting, and process improvement while supporting P&P operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build a structured P&P data catalog
• Map vendors to applications and document types
• Clean and prepare Power BI reporting inputs
• Validate data and document sources and assumptions
• Document manual reporting processes and improvement ideas

Requirements:

• Third or fourth year undergraduate study
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills
• Comfort working with multiple data sources
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ask clarifying questions

Develop Excel, data validation, cataloging, and Power BI preparation skills while supporting reliable P&P reporting and operational decisions.
