Data AnalystData Analyst

In this role you will own data quality across customer integrations within a fast-moving, data-driven organization. You will work across Engineering, Delivery and Customer Success to ensure operational and financial data is accurate and reliable. You’ll use SQL and Python to investigate issues, automate checks, and support platform integrations, while collaborating with customers to resolve data questions. • Own data quality across customer integrations to ensure accurate and consistent data
• Use SQL and Python to investigate data issues, automate quality checks, and improve validation processes
• Collaborate with Engineering to resolve data discrepancies and enable platform integrations
• Create client reports, support customer onboarding, and address data-related queries
• Document QA processes and promote best practices across the platform

• 3+ years’ experience as a Data Analyst in a SaaS, technology or enterprise environment
• Strong SQL skills, with Python for automation and data analysis
• Experience in data validation, QA and working with financial data
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Confident working with both technical teams and customers
