Data Analytics Co Op Student

Build data analytics experience at AltaLink as a Co Op Student supporting reporting, automation, and data quality initiatives. This 12 month term starts September 2027.

Working with the Project Support team, you will support project financial monitoring from development through completion. The position suits a second or third year university student studying business analytics, data analytics, or data science. You will work with SharePoint, Power Platform, Power BI, Microsoft 365, and process documentation while supporting project managers and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean, validate, and standardize business data
• Document processes and identify automation opportunities
• Develop tools, templates, trackers, and reporting processes
• Maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and content
• Support Power BI reports, dashboards, and data solutions

Requirements:

• Second or third year university enrollment in a relevant program
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, including Excel
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
