Overview

In this role you help lead data and analytics-enabled tax technology projects within TT&I, applying tax and accounting knowledge to cutting-edge solutions. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, design and implement data- and AI-driven tech, and support multi-project delivery across the Global Compliance & Transformation portfolio. You’ll work with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and promote AI adoption to drive better tax outcomes and efficiency.

Responsibilities
  • Assist senior team members in gathering requirements and mapping current processes with internal and external stakeholders
  • Analyze complex requirements to design analytics and visualization solutions
  • Support the design, development and implementation of data- and AI-driven technology solutions, including configuration and testing
  • Coordinate across TT&I for multiple technology projects, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Support technical and design leads throughout project lifecycles
  • Collaborate on technology demos and client meetings/workshops
  • Prepare functional/technical specs, user manuals and training documentation
  • Coordinate and coach junior staff for growth and development
  • Promote the use of AI and innovative technologies within the tax team
Key requirements
  • Keen interest or background in tax and reporting technology
  • Experience in agile project delivery
  • Experience implementing/configuring data- and AI-driven solutions
  • Experience manipulating large data sets and data analytics/visualization (Power BI preferred)
  • Analytical mindset with client-centric problem solving
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to work independently and manage priorities
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Nice-to-have: tax technology implementation experience; understanding of data modelling, ETL/ELT, data warehousing; knowledge of Microsoft ecosystem and cloud services; tax/finance compliance exposure
