Data & Analytics Leader for Growth & AI

Pod is seeking a Head of Data and Analytics to own the data strategy and lead a central data team, partnering with analysts across functions to drive data-driven decisions. The role reports to the CIO and shapes how data is used to grow Pod’s business, customer experience and operational excellence.

The successful candidate will define standards for data governance, build trusted reporting, and advance AI-enabled analytics while collaborating with Technology, Commercial, Ops and CX teams.
