In this role, you will lead the Analytics and Insights function to turn complex data into actionable decisions that improve passenger experience and operational efficiency. You’ll work across operations, finance, and customer experience to align data solutions with business priorities and measurable outcomes. You’ll design analytics strategies, deliver timely analyses, and foster data literacy across the organisation. Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and delivery of advanced analytics solutions to support business objectives and improve decision-making
  • Translate complex data sets into clear, actionable insights for senior stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and predictive models to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with data engineering to ensure data quality, integrity, and accessibility for analytics
  • Champion best practices in data governance, analytics methodologies, and visualization standards
  • Mentor and support junior analysts to foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment
Key requirements
  • Proven experience in data analytics or business intelligence
  • Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics/visualisation tool (Power BI, Tableau)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly
  • Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of data governance and quality principles
  • Effective communication and influencing skills at all organisational levels
  • Ideally: experience with predictive modelling and machine learning techniques
  • Ideally: knowledge of cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS)
  • Ideally: background in aviation, transport, or large-scale operational environments
