Overview
As a Data Analytics Developer, you will design and maintain analytics and dashboards to enable data-driven decision making across the firm. You will work within the Data and Applications team to translate business needs into Power BI visuals and automated workflows. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver reporting, data quality, and system integrations. This role offers the chance to impact both client advisory and internal technology platforms in a fast-paced finance environment.
Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Develop and maintain automated business workflows using Microsoft Power Platform and ServiceNow App Builder
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and validation (Snowflake and other relational databases)
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow Reporting Analytics and Workday dashboards; support integrations (EIBs, Core Connectors)
- Provide go-live support, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis for data and reporting issues
- Ensure data quality and governance across enterprise data assets
- Support Technology leadership with management reporting and operational visibility
- 5+ years in data analysis, reporting, or data engineering roles
- Power BI (DAX, Power Query, data gateway configs)
- Power Automate for automated workflows
- Strong SQL skills; data modeling (Snowflake preferred)
- Python for data manipulation or automation
- ServiceNow familiarity (ITSM modules, Service Catalog)
- Azure services exposure (Azure SQL, Functions, Logic Apps)
- Experience with Workday reporting/dashboards
- Experience in financial or professional services environments
- Experience delivering reports for ServiceNow, Workday, BI tools
