Data and Reporting Lead

As Data & Reporting Lead, you will deliver contractual reporting, performance insights and management information for a major customer programme. You will build Power BI dashboards, analyze financial and operational data, and provide insights to support decision-making for QinetiQ and the customer. You’ll work with stakeholders to ensure contract performance is accurately measured and continuously improved. • Produce monthly, quarterly and annual customer-facing reports
• Monitor KPI and contract performance against obligations
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and MI reporting
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities
• Support quantitative cost and schedule risk assessments
• Present reporting outputs and insights to internal and external stakeholders

• Experience producing management information, performance reporting or customer-facing reports
• Strong analytical skills interpreting financial and operational data
• Advanced Excel skills with large datasets
• Experience developing dashboards/reports using Power BI
• Experience communicating complex information to stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify anomalies and reporting risks
• Professional experience in data analysis, reporting, MI or financial analysis
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple priorities
