Data and Reporting Manager Power BI

Lead Power BI reporting architecture and data governance as Turner & Townsend’s Data and Reporting Manager. Work across program data, dashboards, and executive analysis.

This management role owns reporting and analytics end to end. You will consolidate legacy reporting, establish a single source of truth, and ensure accurate client and executive information. The function works with document control, quality management, technical delivery, and client leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, migrate, and operate the program dashboard environment
• Define data models, refresh cadence, access, and version control
• Establish standards, validation, reconciliation, and audit-ready traceability
• Produce trend, variance, forecasting, and early-warning analysis
• Direct reporting analysts and document control staff

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent demonstrated experience
• Seven years’ reporting, analytics, or business intelligence experience
• Two years leading reporting functions or supervising analysts
• Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Excel capability
• Experience consolidating legacy reporting into modern dashboards
