Data Architect Engineering Team Lead

Design scalable data platforms at Konrad while leading data engineers with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake expertise. This role combines architecture and delivery leadership.

As a Data Architect and Team Lead, you will build reliable data pipelines and guide a talented engineering team. You will collaborate with clients, technical stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Your work supports secure, scalable data solutions, analytics capabilities, and AI integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and manage scalable data architectures
• Implement solutions using Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Lead, mentor, and support data engineers
• Guide sprint planning, estimation, delivery, and code reviews
• Ensure security, governance, reliability, and data quality

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• Six-plus years in data architecture or engineering
• Two-plus years leading or mentoring technical teams
• Strong SQL, Python, Scala, or related programming skills
• Experience with cloud services, Spark, Kafka, and data pipelines
