As Senior Manager - Data Architect, you will lead enterprise data strategy and architecture for investment and wealth clients. You’ll guide multi-disciplinary teams through assessments, target-state designs, and roadmaps, translating data concepts into business value for C-suite stakeholders. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, architecture, and delivery within a leading global consulting practice. You will shape operating models and data transformation initiatives to enable better decision-making and measurable outcomes. - Lead enterprise data strategies and architecture for complex investment and wealth clients
- Manage multi-disciplinary teams delivering assessments, target-state architectures, and roadmaps
- Identify inefficiencies and define scalable improvements to data architectures
- Shape and deliver operating models and data transformation initiatives from strategy to implementation
- Lead client workshops to define requirements, design data models, and establish architectural principles
- Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders, translating data concepts into business value
- Stay abreast of emerging data technologies and apply them to client challenges
- Strong background in data architecture and data solution design in consulting or large enterprise
- Deep knowledge of data modelling (conceptual, logical, physical), data quality, master & reference data
- Analytics, reporting, and self-service BI experience
- Experience defining data standards, taxonomies, vocabularies, and a common data language
- Proven leadership in managing delivery teams and developing junior talent
- Industry experience in Investment Management and/or Wealth (assets, trading, risk, pricing, ESG, market data)
