Overview

In this Data Business Analyst role within NTT DATA’s Data & AI practice, you will collaborate with data professionals, engineers, and business experts to translate data needs into actionable insights and client data products. You’ll collect and analyze use cases, requirements, and data to support data-driven solutions and inform product roadmaps. You’ll manage large data sets, ensure data integrity, and present insights to senior stakeholders across multiple sectors. The role combines consulting, data analysis, and data product support to help clients scale data-driven operations.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with client stakeholders to clarify goals and ensure alignment
  • Collate detailed requirements to feed into data products and solutions
  • Conduct detailed data analysis including data content, lineage and governance
  • Perform data storytelling and visualisation to communicate insights
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary sources
  • Interpret data and answer business questions with findings
  • Create reports and documentation to demonstrate value
  • Deliver data projects for clients
  • Stay up-to-date with data analytics applications and data product offerings
Key requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data, analytics, or related consulting roles
  • Experience delivering data projects across Data Product Ownership and Data Analysis
  • Strong data modeling, database design, data mining and segmentation
  • Proficiency in SQL, Hive, Pig, Python and R
  • Expertise with PowerBI, Qlik and Tableau
  • Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Ability to interface with senior business and technologist stakeholders
  • Experience in Telco-Media, Insurance, or Public Sector preferred
  • BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics is a plus
