Data & Business Applications Manager

International Commodities Business | London

A well-established, privately owned international commodities business is looking for a Data & Business Applications Manager to help shape and deliver its evolving Data, Technology and Business Applications strategy.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility across data, reporting, business applications and technology modernisation.

The Role

• Lead the development of Data & Business Applications across the group
• Help modernise and replace legacy systems
• Develop and improve Power BI reporting and analytics
• Work with SQL, Dynamics 365, Power Apps and Microsoft Fabric
• Support system integration and business applications
• Help develop the wider Data & Analytics capability
• Explore opportunities around AI and automation
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business and international offices

About You

• Strong with SQL and Power BI
• Experienced across Data and Business Applications
• Hands-on, proactive and comfortable working independently
• Able to work across both legacy and modern technology
• Commercially minded and interested in understanding how the business operates
• Comfortable working within a smaller, privately owned organisation
• Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Apps, Microsoft Fabric or ERP systems would be advantageous.
