Our client is a growing general contractor specializing in large-scale data center construction and mission-critical infrastructure projects. They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of data center construction projects.

Short Overview of Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of data center construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall execution.
• Coordinate with owners, engineers, architects, and field teams.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and performance standards.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and resolve construction challenges.
• Manage project documentation, change orders, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with data centers, mission-critical facilities, or large commercial construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction schedules, budgets, and subcontractor management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Primavera P6, or MS Project.
• Ability and willingness to travel as required.
