Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Data Center Technician to join their team. As Data Center Technician you will be an essential part of the operations team, supporting technicians and ensuring smooth workflow during a busy project period. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, physical stamina, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Data Center Technician
Location: Mackenzie, BC
Pay Range: $25-27/hr
Shift: Start between 8:00am to 9:00am

What's the Job?

• Move, position, and install server racks and IT equipment.


• Rack and mount servers, switches, and related hardware.


• Perform basic structured cabling and cable management.


• Connect and organize network and power cables according to project requirements.


• Assist with equipment deployment, relocation, and decommissioning activities.


• Follow installation procedures, documentation, and site standards.


• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

What's Needed?

• No prior experience required; willingness to learn and work hard


• Must be able to clear background and cross identity check


• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks


• Strong work ethic and reliability


• Good communication skills and team-oriented mindset


• Availability for a 4-6 week assignment starting mid-June
