  • Install, rack, and deploy server and networking hardware in data center environments.
  • Perform cable management tasks including reseating, labeling, and replacing network, power, and fiber/copper cabling.
  • Execute server tray swaps and hardware replacements following established operational procedures.
  • Respond to incidents and support on-site troubleshooting while maintaining aggressive SLA requirements.
  • Document maintenance activities, hardware changes, and inventory updates accurately in tracking systems.
