Overview
In this role you provide high-level, strategic advisory on data centre design and construction for global investors, developers and operators. You will guide projects across feasibility, design management, procurement, and construction oversight, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the lifecycle. You’ll work with cross‑functional teams to deliver rigorous technical reports and risk assessments for international data centre investments. The opportunity combines senior technical leadership with client‑facing influence in a fast-growing advisory firm.

- Strategic Client Advisory: guide technical due diligence, feasibility, layout design, and program delivery strategies
- Technical Oversight: provide SME input on MEP critical systems (cooling, power, resilience), buildability, and project phasing
- Cross-Functional Coordination: collaborate with design consultants, PMs, engineers, and client stakeholders
- Deliverable Excellence: produce high-quality technical reports, memos, design reviews, and risk assessments for international digital infrastructure investments
- 5–10+ years of experience in data centre design, construction, or project delivery
- Deep technical understanding of critical MEP systems and data centre delivery best practices
- Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly
- Degree-qualified in Engineering or a related discipline
