Data Centre Design Engineer — Equity & Biannual Bonus

Fuse Energy is seeking a Data Centre Design Engineer to shape the mechanical and electrical backbone of next-generation AI data centres. You will own design from Basis of Design through commissioning, building modular, deployable references for rapid deployment across UK and international markets.

You will lead with hands-on experience in high-density GPU infrastructure, challenge conventional approaches, and collaborate with a fast-moving team that values practical builders over bureaucracy.
