In this role you lead MEP delivery for high-spec data centre projects, shaping technical strategy and guiding a senior team. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to win and shape work while maintaining delivery quality on mission-critical schemes. You have authority over delivery approach and value the backing of an established specialist firm. This position offers exposure to leading data centre portfolios and significant career impact.

Responsibilities
  • Lead mechanical and electrical design on major data centre schemes
  • Own the technical strategy and ensure delivery quality
  • Mentor and develop senior engineers
  • Manage client relationships and contribute to business development
  • Direct MEP delivery and influence how projects are delivered
  • Support winning and shaping work for new assignments
Key requirements
  • Chartered MEP or building services engineer with substantial data centre design experience
  • Leadership track record capable of operating at director level
