Data Centre Operations Director – Site-Based Regional Lead

Wates Group is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead and grow our data centre delivery capability. The role is initially site based, with flexibility to operate between two live projects in Yorkshire and wider national responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will bring hands-on operational leadership in live data centres, with proven experience in fast-track refurbishment projects within the data centre sector.
