Data Centre Operations Excellence & Compliance Lead

Pulsant is seeking an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive standard operating procedures across its UK data centre estate, focusing on compliance, energy efficiency, health and safety, and sustainability.

You will maintain an up-to-date library of procedures, produce KPI and performance reports, deliver training, and ensure audits are supported across Gateshead, Maidenhead or Edinburgh. This is a hybrid role with collaboration across problem management and continuous improvement teams.
