Data Centre Solutions Architect

In this role, you will design on-premise data centre solutions for client challenges, working within a skilled architecture team. You will drive data centre network modernization, automation, and cost optimization, delivering resilient, AI-ready infrastructure. You’ll present technical concepts and business value to stakeholders and help shape scalable, high-availability environments. This is a client-facing pre-sales position that combines deep technical work with clear business impact.

• Collaborate with clients to understand challenges and design appropriate on-prem solutions
• Lead data centre network modernization including spine-leaf, SDN, and Cisco ACI implementations
• Advance infrastructure automation and cost optimization using Terraform and Ansible
• Design resilient, highly available environments with disaster recovery strategies
• Architect AI-ready infrastructure (GPU/CPU compute) and advise on power, cooling, and rack density
• Present solutions and business value to technical and senior stakeholders

• 5+ years in enterprise infrastructure or data centre architecture
• Hands-on design or deployment experience with Cisco UCS or Dell PowerEdge, Cisco Nexus/ACI, HCI (Nutanix, HyperFlex, Azure Local), Pure Storage or Dell EMC, VMware Cloud Foundation
• Experience delivering end-to-end migrations
• Strong communication and presentation skills with ability to link technology to business outcomes
• Bonus: CCNP, NVIDIA certifications, Python/REST APIs, or Docker/Kubernetes
