Overview

In this role you support client data programmes from strategy to delivery, shaping data transformation and analytics. You will work across data programmes and help embed data-driven decision making, including predictive analytics and AI, using our NLP tooling. You’ll contribute to growing Delta Capita’s data consulting practice and collaborate with sales and leadership across clients in financial services. The work combines technical delivery with client-facing advisory in a dynamic, hybrid London environment.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with clients across data programmes from strategy to delivery
  • Shape and deliver complex data transformation projects, enabling data-driven decisions
  • Leverage NLP tooling to solve client problems
  • Identify new business opportunities; collaborate with Sales/Marketing to develop campaigns and respond to RFPs
  • Advise on data strategy, data placement in decision making, and enterprise data programmes
  • Support regulatory reporting data elements, data lineage and data quality monitoring
  • Contribute to data architecture design and enterprise data models
  • Work with multiple technologies (Python, SQL, Spark) and analytics tools to deliver insights
Key requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in Financial Services
  • Experience across data strategy, enterprise data architecture, data management, and predictive modeling
  • Proven ability to manage data programmes and drive projects to completion
  • Knowledge of data governance, data quality, and regulatory data requirements (GDPR)
  • Programming skills (Python, SQL, Spark)
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Qlik, Power BI, Tableau)
  • Experience with data engineering tools (Hadoop, Kafka)
  • Familiarity with analytics tools (Alteryx, Document Intelligence)
  • Strong client engagement and stakeholder management
  • Domain expertise in FS sectors (IB, Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, or Wealth/Asset Management)
  • Desirable: experience in agile environments and consulting
