OnX is looking to engage a Data Conversion Specialist for a hybrid contract opportunity in Calgary. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the data conversion processes, ensuring the accurate and efficient transfer of data from multiple HR systems to the Dayforce HCM system.

Requirements:

• A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of data conversion methodologies and best practices
• Experience in developing and implementing data conversion strategies, including timelines, resource allocation, QA, and risk mitigation plans
• Experience with data analysis, data mapping, and ETL processes
• Proficiency in relevant data conversion tools and technologies
• Experience liaising with vendors
• Experience with Human Capital Management, time and attendance, or payroll implementation projects is a plus
