Data Delivery Manager

In this role you will lead data delivery across multiple squads to ensure timely, risk-aware execution of data initiatives. You’ll work closely with Product Owners and senior stakeholders to align priorities, track progress, and remove blockers. You will help transform data usage to improve decisions and customer outcomes, while driving delivery efficiency across the organisation. This is a hands-on, cross-functional leadership role that shapes data delivery practices in a collaborative, high-tempo environment.

• Plan and coordinate delivery across multiple squads
• Identify, report, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies
• Partner with Product Owners to plan, track, and deliver data initiatives
• Manage stakeholders across teams ensuring alignment and momentum
• Represent Data in delivery forums with visibility and progress reporting

• Exceptional stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams

• Experience delivering in data environments (data pipelines, MI/reporting, analytics)
