Data Developer dbt Snowflake

Build trusted data products at Dialogue with dbt, Snowflake, and structured data mart modeling in a cloud-based warehouse. This hybrid role supports health technology.

As a product-oriented Data Developer, you will translate business requirements into scalable data features. You will collaborate with analysts, developers, and product managers within an agile framework. The work emphasizes rapid iteration, code quality, and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model staging, intermediate, and mart warehouse layers
• Transform raw data into documented reporting datasets
• Implement logging, quality checks, monitoring, and alerting
• Develop Snowpipe and EventBridge data pipelines
• Champion governance, anonymization, and access controls

Requirements:

• At least three years in data or engineering
• Experience with dimensional modeling and star schemas
• Experience building transformation layers with dbt and Snowflake
• Familiarity with BI as code tools
• Understanding of health data sensitivity and governance
