In this role, you will design scalable data pipelines, enforce data security, and improve performance across various data sources. Working within agile teams, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners to create a reliable data infrastructure while focusing on innovation and continuous improvement in your work processes.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and enhance ELT/ETL data pipelines • Create and integrate data models for effective reporting • Ensure data quality and best security practices • Monitor pipeline health and provide Tier 2 support • Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives
Requirements: • 6-8 years of data development experience • Strong skills in SQL, Python, Spark, and Azure • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area • Familiarity with documentation and metadata tools • Passion for fostering an inclusive workplace
