Overview
In this role you own a strategic data domain within the Patient Evidence team, shaping its vision, roadmap, and adoption to drive value across business, analytics, and AI use cases. You’ll transform fragmented information into a trusted enterprise product that enables operational excellence, informed decision-making, and regulatory compliance. You collaborate with cross-functional partners to align data meaning, enable reuse, and realize measurable impact for patients and the organization.

- Define and maintain the data domain vision, strategy, roadmap, outcomes, and success measures
- Prioritize capabilities and investments based on business value and risk with stakeholders
- Drive adoption and reuse of domain data across functions

- Align domain concepts with enterprise standards and promote consistent business meaning
- Build cross-functional alignment and communicate progress to leaders
- Identify analytics/AI opportunities and ensure data products are discoverable and reusable

- Bachelor in business, data, analytics, life sciences, information management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- 5–7 years of experience in data domain, data management, product management, or related roles
- Experience translating business strategy into data and digital capabilities that deliver measurable value
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning diverse stakeholders
- Understanding of data governance, data quality, interoperability, and shared business meaning
- Experience with analytics, AI, or digital transformation; pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences experience preferred
- Strong product mindset, stakeholder influence, strategic thinking, accountability, and pragmatic decision-making in ambiguity
