Overview

In this role you will design and deliver scalable, production-grade data solutions for secure Government and Defence programmes. You’ll bridge software and data domains, building robust pipelines and components that enable trusted decision making in tightly controlled environments. You will translate complex problems into concrete data engineering solutions, collaborating with analysts, architects and end users to produce impactful outcomes. This position offers hands-on work in secure settings with real-world, mission-critical impact.

Responsibilities
  • Design and develop data pipelines for ingestion, transformation and delivery of large datasets
  • Build reusable components and integrate disparate data sources
  • Collaborate with analysts, architects and end users to translate problems into technical solutions
  • Work across software and data domains to enable secure, production-grade platforms
  • Contribute to data modelling and handling structured/unstructured data at scale
Key requirements
  • Active SC clearance
  • Strong coding background with Python, Java, C# or JavaScript
  • Experience building data pipelines (ingestion, transformation, orchestration)
  • Familiarity with structured and unstructured data at scale, data modelling
  • Ability to break down complex problems and collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Exposure to analytical workflows or consulting-style delivery in projects
