Data Engineer - Snowflake, DBT £600-700/day overall assignment rate to umbrella 3-6 month initial contract Cardiff-based - ideally once a week on-site Working with an Insurtech client based in Cardiff who are looking for 3x Data Engineer contractors to join their Data & Analytics capability and support a combination of business-as-usual priorities and two significant strategic initiatives. All three contractors will work within cross-functional squads, partnering closely with engineers, analysts, product teams and business stakeholders. We are looking for people who can operate with autonomy, move at pace and build high-quality, scalable data solutions rather than simply deliver pipelines to specification. Data Engineer , Must have skills: Strong SQL and data modelling skills Hands-on experience with Snowflake Strong DBT or equivalent modern transformation experience Cloud data engineering experience, ideally AWS Building production-grade data pipelines and data products Data testing, quality and engineering best practices Experience working within Agile / cross-functional product teams Ability to work autonomously and deliver at pace Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration Data Engineer,
