Key Responsibilities: • Design and implement data ingestion pipelines via Databricks • Onboard new clinics by writing orchestration code • Implement change-data-capture from MongoDB for analytics • Generate secure de-identified exports for researchers • Conduct data quality checks and provide alerts
Requirements: • Five or more years in building production data pipelines • Strong SQL and Python coding skills • Hands-on Spark experience and Delta Lake knowledge • Familiarity with event-stream processing methodologies • Willingness to use TypeScript for coding tasks
