Overview
In this hands-on role, you will build and maintain a scalable data platform to deliver analytics, reporting, and AI-enabled solutions. You’ll work within a modern data-team, focusing on Snowflake, Azure, Python, and CI/CD to support cloud-based platform development. You will collaborate with engineers, analysts and stakeholders to implement practical data solutions and improve platform reliability. This is an impactful opportunity to shape data-driven capabilities in Asset Management and work across cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain Snowflake data models, transformations and pipelines
- Enhance dbt models, testing frameworks and deployment processes
- Create Python utilities and services for data integration and automation
- Support Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions and CI/CD pipelines
- Utilize Azure DevOps or GitHub for source control, reviews and deployments
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve platform reliability
- Collaborate with engineers, analysts and stakeholders to deliver practical solutions
- Strong SQL and Snowflake experience
- Data engineering and ETL/ELT development
- Dimensional modelling (Kimball)
- dbt development and engineering best practices
- Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions and CI/CD
- Python development for automation and data processing
- Azure DevOps or GitHub
- Experience using AI development tools like GitHub Copilot or Microsoft Copilot
- Financial Services, Asset Management or Wealth Management experience
