Data Engineering Technical Lead

As Data & Analytics Technical Lead, you will provide hands-on leadership across data engineering, analytics, architecture, artificial intelligence, and operations. You will translate business requirements and architectural direction into production-ready solutions. The role includes technical guidance, complex decision-making, and reliable platform delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development, and production deployment of data solutions
• Optimize ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines
• Guide engineers through design and code reviews
• Apply data quality, security, governance, and lineage practices
• Improve automation, DataOps, and deployment processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
• Minimum seven years in data engineering or analytics
• Technical leadership experience delivering production-grade data solutions
• Hands-on SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI experience
• Understanding of CDC, incremental processing, pipelines, and data modelling
