Data Foundations Lead

In this role you will shape how data is structured, governed and used across UCB to enable scalable, high-quality data foundations for research, innovation and AI-driven insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to define standards, ontologies and metadata management while guiding data creation. Your work supports priority programmes and strategic use cases, contributing to a patient-centered mission at a global biopharma leader.

• Define and govern enterprise ontologies and identifiers for consistent data

• Experience in enterprise data architecture, metadata governance, and data modelling
• Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data management
• Experience applying AI-driven approaches to data or metadata management
• Ability to work across complex environments and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Relevant certifications (e.g. DAMA, TOGAF, CDMP) are a plus
