Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver complex client engagements in business transformation, technology strategy, and innovation
  • Build and maintain senior-level client relationships, acting as trusted advisor and identifying opportunities
  • Develop innovative solutions leveraging deep industry knowledge and consulting expertise
  • Guide, mentor, and develop teams of consultants for high-quality delivery and growth
  • Contribute to thought leadership through research, publications, and presentations
  • Drive business development including proposals, pitches, and managing client accounts
  • Stay up-to-date with trends, technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to client industries
Key requirements
  • Significant consulting experience, ideally within a leading management consulting firm
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale projects and driving measurable client impact
  • Outstanding communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Deep expertise in one or more sectors (healthcare, financial services, energy, public sector)
  • Strong business acumen and ability to identify and develop new opportunities
  • Professional certifications in Cloud and Data Governance
