We're looking for an experienced Data Governance Lead with a strong Master Data Management (MDM) Strategy background to drive enterprise data governance initiatives. This role focuses on building governance frameworks, defining MDM strategy, and ensuring trusted, secure, and business-ready data across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead enterprise Data Governance and MDM strategy initiatives.


• Define governance frameworks, policies, and operating models.


• Establish data ownership, stewardship, and governance processes.


• Develop MDM standards, golden records, matching, and survivorship rules.


• Collaborate with architecture, engineering, security, and business teams.

• MDM Platforms (Collibra, Informatica, Microsoft Purview, Atlan, Alation, SAP MDG, or Ataccama)

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Data Governance, MDM, or Data Management.


• 3+ years leading enterprise governance or MDM initiatives.


• Experience designing governance frameworks and operating models.


• Strong MDM strategy and platform experience.


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
